During the program, in addition to giving a warm reception to the officials selected and proceeding for Hajj 2022, the following Members of Kerala Muslim Welfare Association have also been felicitated for their individual achievements as detailed under:
Dr. Habeebul Rahman VM on publishing his collection of Poems "ഒന്നും നേടാത്തവന്റെ ചിരി"
Dr Ashraf ilyan on his promotion to the prestigious post of Head of Department, Economics, in the Jamia Millia Islamia University.
Dr Jabir KT on his getting selected as the Official Coordinator for Hajj 2022 by Government of India.
Mr. Ajmal Mufeed, Secretary, KMWA Delhi coordinated the program and spoke on the occasion introducing the Association to the august audience.
Mr. AK Shamsudheen, Joint Secretary, welcomed the audience to the program consisted of an extensive interactive session also in addition to the reception and felicitations.
The Members of the Association like Mr. TM Esmail, Mr. Fameer CK, Mr. Shahjahan of Kerala Haj Committee etc., who had the previous experience of handling Hajj duties as Hajj Officials interacted and shared their experiences with the officials now proceeding for the duty for Hajj 2022.
Dr. Habeebul Rahman, while thanking for felicitating him, spoke about his collection of poems and recited a few out of them.
Mr. Muhammed Ali, Treasurer said vote of thanks to all the participants and also to all the Members of the Association for their concerted efforts in making the even a real successful one.
