Kerala Islamic Centre, Mayur Vihar, Delhi - Construction Progressing




Commemorating the rich common cultural heritage and proactive communal harmony the Malayalees have harnessed, the Kerala Islamic Centre under the Kerala Muslim Welfare Association, Delhi is coming up in the neighbourhood of Temple, Church, hospital and Cultural Auditorium in the institutional area of Mayur Vihar Phase 1.  The basic foundation of construction has been completed.  The concrete pillars appealing to loudly proclaim the cultural ethos and passion for peace and amity of a population deep rooted in the green Kerala and spread across the world, are being erected.  The construction of the institution envisaged to be a centre of excellence in propagating education, health, uplifting of the downtrodden sections of the society and enhance mutual cooperation and National Integration is likely to be completed very soon.  The picture showing Shri TKA Nair, Advisor to Prime Minister along with Shri Madhavan Nair, Trustee, Uttara Guruvayoorappan Temple and the office bearers and members of the Association inspecting the progress of the construction at the site today, i.e., 17th March 2013 is also attached herewith.  Stages of construction and the roadmap ahead have been briefed to Shri TKA Nair by Shri KK Basheer, President of the Association.
